The Aeroflow 550 Series Cutter Swivel Hose End -8AN 30° AF557-08BLK is a CNC machined one-piece fitting designed to provide uninterrupted flow in fuel, cooling, vacuum and oil systems. The billet cutter end separates the wire braid for maximum hose retention, sealing the hose a second time for a greater sealing area and added strength, while the tight mandrel bent radius body carries superior wall thickness. A swivel head allows easy adjustment during installation.
Made from 6061 T-6 aluminium, this hose end is finished in black with Aeroflow's corrosion resistant, colour consistent double anodising and hand polishing. Double Viton O-ring seals provide leak-free performance across a wide range of fluids, and superior thread strength supports smooth assembly. It suits 100 Series stainless braid and 450 Series lightweight nylon braid hose, but is not recommended for power steering or automatic transmission line applications.
