The Aeroflow Billet Aluminium Radiator Hose Filler AF64-4040 is a polished billet inline filler that replaces a section of top radiator hose for easy coolant filling. Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminium, it suits 1-1/2" (38mm) radiator hoses or accepts -16AN style fittings, and is drilled with two 1/8" NPT ports for fitting water temperature or pressure gauges. The filler accepts Aeroflow's 42mm large style radiator cap (AF64-5042, sold separately) and measures 118mm in overall length with a 76mm overall height.
Radiator hose fillers like this unit give performance and hot rod engine bays a dedicated coolant fill point and gauge access independent of the radiator tank itself. The compact billet design and polished finish suit engine bays where both fitment and presentation matter.
