The Aeroflow 120 Series Nylon Hose 5/16" O.D AF120-312-6M is a flexible black nylon hose designed for vacuum, air, oil, fuel and low pressure hydraulic lines. Built to work with Aeroflow's 120 Series push-to-connect aluminium fittings, the hose has an extremely smooth inner surface with a very low coefficient of friction, helping maintain consistent flow through vacuum, air, oil and fuel lines.
This nylon tubing is rated to a burst pressure of 1000 PSI (68.95 bar) and a working pressure of 1.7 MPa, 250 PSI, 17.2 bar, with a maximum bend radius of 25mm for routing through tight engine bay spaces. A wall thickness of 1mm keeps the hose lightweight and flexible, and it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 90°C. The 6 metre length is also safe for use with water methanol injection kits.
