The Aeroflow Stainless Steel Full Donut AF9511-4000 is a 4 inch (102mm) O.D 304 stainless steel fabrication donut designed for custom exhaust and engine manifold work. Measuring 1.50mm (1/16″) wall thickness with a 1:1 radius and 40mm (1.57″) centre spacing, it allows fabricators to cut the shape needed and weld it into tight radius bends where standard mandrel bends cannot reach.
Stainless Steel Full Donut construction uses outside weld only, and the 304 stainless resists corrosion and rust that coated or painted steel pipes are prone to.
