The Aeroflow Stainless Steel 180° J Bend AF9506-2000 is a mandrel bent exhaust tube for custom exhaust fabrication and repair work.
Formed in 304 stainless steel with a 51mm (2") outside diameter and 1.50mm wall thickness, this J bend turns through a full 180° and is supplied with 150mm and 300mm leg lengths, giving fabricators the length needed to weld into custom exhaust systems, wastegate pipes and intercooler or supercharger intake piping. The mandrel bending process keeps wall thickness consistent through the bend, avoiding the kinking and flow restriction that can occur with non-mandrel forming methods.
