The Aeroflow Stainless Steel Mandrel Bend 45° 1-3/4" O.D AF9502-1750 is a 304 stainless steel pipe bend for custom exhaust and intake fabrication. It measures 44mm O.D with a 1.50mm wall thickness and a 150mm leg length, bent to a 45° angle. Made from contaminant-free 304 stainless steel, it produces clean weld beads for a show quality finish and resists corrosion and rust compared with coated or painted steel pipe.
Mandrel bend pipe like this suits intercooler piping, turbocharger and supercharger plumbing, and custom intake pipe runs where a smooth, consistent bore is needed for airflow. Leg length is approximate and may vary slightly between pipes.
