The Aeroflow Aluminium Fuel Line 3/8" 9.5mm AF66-3000BLK is a seamless aluminium hard line for fuel or oil routing where flexible hose isn't needed. Extruded with a 9.5mm (3/8") outside diameter and 1.0mm wall thickness, this 7.6m (25ft) roll is rated to 500 PSI and designed for use with tube line adapter fittings or a flaring tool with tube nut and sleeve combinations.
A black anodised finish increases corrosion resistance, suiting this hard line to E85 and alcohol-based fuel systems. Aeroflow manufactures the tube from AL1060 aluminium to ASTM-A254 standard, and bending it with a tube bender is recommended, as tight radius bends can cause the black coating to flake without affecting the line's integrity or corrosion resistance.
