The Aeroflow Billet Thermostat Housing Black AF64-2056BLK is a three-piece billet aluminium housing for Holden 253, 304 and 308 V8 engines. Machined from T6-6061 aluminium, it swivels a full 360 degrees for easy alignment during installation and accepts a Chevrolet-pattern thermostat. An O-ring base flange replaces the factory paper gasket for a leak-free seal, while the outlet machines out to a female 1-1/4 inch, 20 thread for adapting an AN or barb fitting.
The housing measures 101.70mm overall length and 70.50mm across the body, with a 38.25mm radiator hose outlet set at a 45 degree angle. Finished in black anodising, this water outlet housing is supplied complete with mounting bolts and an O-ring for straightforward fitment to swivel, no heater outlet applications.
