The Aeroflow 2" Billet Aluminium Weld-On Filler Gold Cap AF460-32G is a billet aluminium fuel filler neck and cap designed to be welded onto custom fuel tanks for racing and performance applications. The neck has a 50.8mm (2") bore with an overall height of 35.5mm once the gold cap is fitted, and a 2-7/16"-12 UNF thread secures the cap in place.
Weld-on filler necks of this type are machined from 6061-T6 aluminium for strength, and a replacement O-ring kit (AF460-32-KIT) is available to maintain a reliable seal over time.
