The Aeroflow Stainless Steel Tube Straight 70mm AF9501-2750 is a 304 stainless steel mandrel tube designed for intercooler, turbo and intake piping. It measures 70mm (2-3/4") outside diameter with a 1.50mm (1/16") wall thickness and runs 1 metre (3.3ft) long, giving fabricators a straight length to cut and weld into custom exhaust, intercooler, turbocharger or supercharger pipework.
Stainless steel tube of this type resists corrosion and rust in a way that coated or painted mild steel pipe cannot, keeping its finish through sustained heat and road exposure. The contaminant-free 304 stainless surface produces clean weld beads for a show-quality welding job, and welding it to another 304 stainless section is best done with a 308 stainless steel filler rod.
