The Aeroflow Stainless Steel Flex Joint 2-1/2" (63mm) AF9500-2500 is designed to absorb vibration and movement in custom-built exhaust systems. Made from 304 stainless steel, this bellows style flexible joint allows a slight amount of movement that helps when aligning or fastening exhaust flanges and V-bands, while soaking up linear expansion as the exhaust heats up during use. A directional smooth flow solid inner liner keeps exhaust gases moving freely through the joint.
This flex joint measures 63mm (2-1/2") inside diameter and 100mm (4") long, and will not corrode or rust like coated or painted steel pipes. The high quality, contaminant free stainless steel produces clean weld beads for a show quality welding job when fabricating custom exhaust systems.
