The Aeroflow Weld-On Filler 1-1/2" Purple Cap AF460-24PUR is a billet aluminium filler neck and cap designed for weld-on fitment to fuel tanks and fuel cells. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, it has a 38.1mm (1-1/2") bore and an overall height of 35mm, with a 1-13/16"-12 UNF thread securing the cap in place. Buna-N and EPR O-ring seals are fitted as standard, covering a wide range of fuels including nitromethane applications.
The purple anodised cap finish distinguishes this filler from Aeroflow's other weld-on cap colours, making it easy to identify at a glance on a fuel cell or tank. A replacement O-ring kit, AF460-24-KIT, is available separately to service the cap seals when needed.
