The Aeroflow Braided Sleeve Heat Shield 3.7m AF91-9050 insulates hoses and cables in high heat areas of the engine bay. It withstands continuous temperatures up to 500°C (932°F) and can tolerate heat splashes as high as 1,100°C (2,000°F), suiting it to routing near exhausts and manifolds where radiant heat builds up. The sleeve has a 1/4" (6.35mm) inside diameter and suits -5 braided hose, including -6 PTFE hose.
Supplied in a 3.7m (12ft) length, this heat sleeve covers long hose and cable runs without needing to join multiple shorter pieces. It is not recommended for direct contact with the heat source.
