The Aeroflow PET Flex Braid Heat Sleeve AF91-7053 is a woven heat sleeve designed to protect wire bundles, cables, heater hoses and radiator hoses. Its black tight weave construction gives high coverage and a factory finish while remaining lightweight and extremely flexible for easy installation around existing wiring or hose runs. Also known as braided heat sleeving, this flex braid withstands continuous temperatures up to 127°C and a melting point of 250°C, suiting engine bay applications exposed to radiant heat.
This roll measures 1 metre in length with a 38.1mm (1-1/2") internal diameter, sized for larger hose and cable bundles. The braid can be terminated with heat-shrink tubing or Aeroflow hose end finishers for a clean, professional finish.
