The Aeroflow 100 Series Swivel Taper 30° Hose End -16AN AF117-16BLK is a braided hose fitting for -16AN fuel, cooling, vacuum and oil system plumbing. Its taper design gives a straight through connection with easy alignment, and on assembly the tube end compresses the hose into a purpose designed socket for a leak free fit. The 30° angle is mandrel bent to eliminate sharp changes in direction for optimum flow, and the fitting allows 360 degree rotation for easy adjustment when routing hose.
Machined from 6061 T-6 aluminium, this hose end features a hex taper design that increases the holding area for greater strength and easier assembly. double Viton O-ring seals deliver leak free performance across a wide range of fluids, while the double anodised, hand polished black finish is corrosion resistant and colour consistent. It suits 100 Series stainless braid and 450 Series lightweight nylon braid hose, but is not compatible with power steering or automatic transmission line applications.
