Click and Collect

 

Buy Online, Pickup in Store

Our Click & Collect service allows you to purchase online and pick up your order in your local Supercheap Auto store (subject to stock availability). Simply add your items to the shopping cart and select 'Pickup in Store'. The shopping cart will check for available stock and show on screen 'All Products Available'. If your chosen store is currently out of stock you will be given a list of alternate stores or if you prefer you will have the option to change your order to Home Delivery.

Within 4 business hours of placing your order you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS. We will confirm that your order has been processed and is ready for collection. If there are any issues throughout the process our team will be in contact to discuss your order, alternatively you can contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 175 010.

Once you have received an order confirmation make your way into your Supercheap Auto store of choice, with photo ID and your order confirmation in hand we will have your items packed and ready to go.

  • Choose from thousands of items available on our website.
  • Select the 'Pickup in Store' option. Our systems will check Stock on Hand and show on screen 'All Products Available'. (If not available at chosen store you will be given the option of changing stores if stock is available or if not you will have the option to change order to Home Delivery only).
  • You will be notified by email or SMS to acknowledge your order has been received and to advise that we will confirm stock on hand within 4 hours. (during store trading hours only)
  • As soon as the store team has picked and processed the order you will be notified by email or SMS to confirm your order is ready for collection. (If there are any problems with your order we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements)
  • Go to the Supercheap Auto store you selected - Bring a copy of your collection confirmation and photo ID. Once we verify the transaction, you're ready to take your items home!

 

Product Availability

Our Click & Collect service is available in all Supercheap Auto stores across the country (subject to stock availability). Some products online may be limited to Home Delivery only; you will be advised on the product page and at the checkout if your chosen items are not available for Click & Collect.

Within 4 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail or SMS (depending on what you selected as preferred contact) confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details. The confirmation alert is sent to you when the order has been processed in full; therefore visiting the store prior to receiving the alert may result in your items not being ready. If the preferred Click & Collect store is unable to fulfil all items in your order for any reason, our Customer Service Team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements, if you have any issues you can contact us on 1300 175 010.

 

Changing or Cancelling your Order

If an error has been made while ordering or your circumstances change please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 175 010, or complete our online enquiry form and our friendly team will assist in modifying or cancelling your order. Alternatively if you wish to contact your chosen Click & Collect store directly they will be able to assist in your enquiry, click here to view our store locator.

To assist in your enquiry please ensure you quote your order reference number. Your order reference number can be found within the order confirmation sent to you via email after placing your order (ie. 0000012345).
