Here are some of the more common questions answered:
What is Club and what are the benefits?
Club is Supercheap Auto’s membership program which gives Club members access to these exclusive rewards and benefits:
- Best Price Credit – for purchases made until 30 June 2025, if the product you've purchased goes on sale within 14 calendar days from the date of your original purchase, we'll credit the difference direct to your Club account. This credit will expire 28 calendar days from the date it has been allocated to you.
- Spend and Get – from 1 July 2025, for every $100 spent during a calendar year on eligible purchases, you will receive $5 credit to your Club account. This credit will expire 28 calendar days from the date it has been allocated to you.
- Receipt Free Warranty – Proof of purchase is stored on your Club account and can be used for warranties or returns.
- Club Pricing – Get access to discounted pricing on a range of products each month available to Club members only.
- Email & SMS Updates – Receive email and/or SMS notifications of catalogues, upcoming sales as well as exclusive offers, member competitions and new product information.
- Club Competitions – Exclusive competitions that are open to Club members.
- Club Events – Exclusive shopping events just for Club members.
- Bonus credit offers.
How does Best Price Credit work?
For purchases made by a Club member until 30 June 2025, if the product goes on sale within 14 calendar days after the date of the original purchase, the difference between the original purchase price and the sale price will be automatically credited to the Club member’s account as a credit.
Credit will be applied to the Club member's account within 24 hours following the start of the sale and will be valid for 28 calendar days from the date it was applied to the Club member’s account.
Club members will receive notification via email and/or SMS after credit has been applied to their Club member account. To spend credit, Club members must scan their card at an Australian Supercheap Auto store [link to store locator] or provide the mobile number or email address associated with their membership when making a purchase in store in Australia [link to store locator] or be logged into their Club account on the Australian Supercheap Auto website when making an online purchase.
Example: On Monday, you head into your nearest Supercheap Auto store and buy a set of car seat covers for the full price of $50. On Wednesday, the same car seat covers are in the Supercheap Auto catalogue for $35. A credit for $15 is automatically added onto your Club account. You can then use the $15 credit towards your next purchase, provided it is spent within 28 calendar days after which the credit expires.
Best Price Credit EXCLUDES products which are on promotion as multi-buys, bonus buys or combo deals, all special order products, coupon offers, online only offers and offers to select Club members only.
How does Spend and Get work?
From 1 July 2025, for every $100 a Club member spends on completed eligible purchases each earn period, they will have $5.00 Spend and Get credit applied to their Club account to use over the next 28 days. It’s simple. It’s automatic. It’s super.
When are purchases completed so I am eligible for Spend and Get credit?
Eligible in store purchases (other than transactions which include a special order product) count towards the $100 to be eligible for Spend and Get credit on payment.
Eligible online purchases (including click and collect purchases) and eligible in store purchases which include a special order product count towards the $100 to be eligible for Spend and Get credit when the products are received by you at your delivery address or are collected in store.
What are the earn periods for Spend and Get?
The earn periods for Spend and Get are: 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025; and then 1 January to 31 December each subsequent year.
Do I have to spend $100 in one transaction to get Spend and Get credit?
No! You can spend $100 on eligible purchases over as many transactions as you like over the relevant year, both in store and online, to be eligible to receive Spend and Get credit. Just make sure you shop using your Club membership
Is there anything that doesn’t count towards my spend to receive Spend and Get credit?
The following purchases don’t count towards your spend to achieve the $100 threshold to receive Spend and Get credit:
- Credit redemption
- Tyres
- Delivery charges
- Purchases of gift cards
- Purchases made using a Government Basics Card
- Purchases made using a Motor Pass card
- Cash out and charity donations
I’m not a Club member but want to get Spend and Get credit. Can I join to get the offer?
Yes you can! You can become a Club member at your local Supercheap Auto store or online here.
How do I become a Club member?
You can become a Club member at your local Supercheap Auto store or online here.
What if I don't have an email address?
You can still join the Club in store. However, you will be unable to activate your membership online and monitor any credit you may have received. We will be unable to contact you via email to let you know you have received credit or notify you of upcoming promotions or member specials.
Why did I not receive my one time password email?
First check that you have entered the correct email address, you can opt to resend the code and will be prompted to enter your email address again. We also recommend clearing your browser history and cookies first.
Which Supercheap Auto stores participate in the Club program?
All Australian Supercheap Auto stores participate in the program, including our online store www.supercheapauto.com.au.
Is there a joining fee?
No. It’s free to join!
Can I have a joint account?
No. We do not allow joint accounts, and you cannot share your membership with other individuals (including your family or members of your household).
Will I receive a membership card?
If you join online, you will receive a digital membership card in your welcome email. You can visit your nearest store to obtain a physical membership card (subject to availability) if you want.
In you join in store, you can elect to receive a physical membership card (subject to availability) or a digital membership card.
How do I shop as a Club member?
To shop online, ensure you are logged in to your Club account when you are placing your order.
To shop in store, provide the team member serving you with your mobile number or email address that is connected to your Club membership. They can also scan your membership card.
If I lose my physical membership card do I lose my credit?
No, your credit is connected to your membership and not your card. Please notify us as soon as possible so that your lost card can be cancelled. When you receive a new card, this will be linked to your existing membership.
Where can I get a new physical membership card if I have broken my card?
Drop into your nearest store, they will be able to issue you a new one.
What if I have forgotten my card when I am in store?
Advise the team member that you are a Club member and provide the email address or mobile number associated with your membership. A search will be performed based on your email address or mobile number. We may ask you to provide personal identification to verify your identity. All purchases will then be applied to your membership.
I am having trouble verifying my online account - what do I do now?
If the message says your email is already in use:
An account already exists with this email address. Please follow the ‘forgot password’ URL to retrieve your password.
If the link in the email is not working:
You may have security enabled via your email software. Please review this, or contact our Customer Care Centre here
How do I know what Club pricing is available to me?
Club pricing will be marked with ‘Club Price’ in stores and marked with ‘CLUB’ or ‘Club Price’ in our online store. We may also notify you of these offers via email and/or SMS.
What is credit?
Credit is a dollar amount that may be loaded to your Club account and is available to use at all Supercheap Auto stores in Australia including our Australian online store www.supercheapauto.com.au.
You may earn credit through the Best Price Credit (for purchases before 30 June 2025) or Spend and Get (for purchases after 1 July 2025). We may also offer you credit as part of promotional offers or campaigns.
Separate terms and conditions will apply to each promotional offer or campaign and will set out any restrictions relating to your credit, including the expiry date of the credit.
When will I receive my credit?
Credit from Best Price Credit will be credited to your Club account within 24 hours following the start of the sale.
Credit from Spend and Get will be credited to your Club account within 24 hours of the cumulative spend of $100 being achieved on completed transactions.
For other credit, we aim to allocate your credit within 24 hours of you becoming eligible for the credit.
How do I know when I receive credit?
If you have provided us with your email address, you will receive an email every time you receive credit. If you are an existing Club member and you have provided us with your mobile number, you may receive an SMS if you receive credit. If you are an existing Club member and haven’t provided us with your email address or mobile number and would like to receive credit notifications, please contact our Customer Care Centre here.
How do I see my credit balance and purchase history?
You can view your credit balance and purchase history at any time by logging into your Club account here. You can also ask a Supercheap Auto team member in store to look up your credit balance.

How do I spend my credit before it expires?
To spend your credit online, log in to your Club account. If you have credit available, it will show in the top bar when you login. It will also be available to add as a payment method during checkout on the Payment page. You must select ‘apply credit’ to use any credit as part of payment towards your order.
To redeem in store, provide the Supercheap Auto tTeam member with the mobile number, email address or card linked to your Club account. Let them know you wish to spend your available credit.
What happens if I choose not to spend my credit the next time I shop?
Your credit will remain unused on your Club account until they expire or are otherwise spent or deducted.
What can I spend my credit on?
You can spend your credit as a discount on your next eligible purchase at Supercheap Auto. Credit cannot be redeemed on purchases of gift cards or in store special orders, on laybys or for donations.
Do I need to spend above a certain amount to spend my credit?
No. Providing it's an eligible purchase, you can spend your credit on any purchase amount. For example, you can redeem $1.00 credit on a purchase valued at $1.00.
Can I choose how much credit to spend?
No. While you can choose whether or not to spend your credit, if you choose to spend your credit, you cannot choose how much of your available credit to spend.
If your credit balance exceeds the cost of your purchase, the remaining balance will be available on your Club account until it expires or is otherwise spent or deducted. For example, if you have $45.00 of credit and spend your credit on a purchase of $40.00, then $5.00 credit would remain on your Club account until it expires or is spent or deducted
Can you make deductions from my credit?
We may deduct from your credit balance any credits which are credited to your Club account in error, which relate to a transaction that has been cancelled, reversed or refunded or which relate to suspected fraudulent activity.
We will notify you of any such deductions.

Will my credit expire?
Yes.
Separate terms and conditions will apply to each credit loaded to your Club account. Our email or SMS to you will set out the expiry date and time of your credit.
You can view expiry dates and times in the My Credit section of your Club account by logging in at www.supercheapauto.com.au/account/login.
How do I use a promo code I have received?
If you are seeking to apply a promo code to your order, you will need to enter it at checkout on the Payment page, then select ‘apply' to get the discount.
If the promo code is only available to Club members, you will need to be logged in to your Club account before applying.
Can I change when or if I want to receive communication?
Yes, in some circumstances. You can opt-out of certain member communications by following the instructions set out in the Supercheap Auto Club Terms and Conditions.
Can my Club membership be terminated?
Yes. You can terminate your Club membership by contacting us here.
You will be required to provide identification details to cancel your Club membership.
If you are not happy with your Club membership, please let us know here . We value your feedback and would like to try and fix any issues you may be experiencing.
We may terminate your Supercheap Auto Club membership if you are inactive for five or more years (e.g. if you have not logged into your Club account, made a purchase or return, or interacted with our emails in more than five years).
Can someone else terminate my Club membership?
No. You will be required to provide identification details to cancel your Club membership.

What is Receipt Free Warranty?
Proof of purchase is stored on your Club account and can be used for warranties or returns.
What is a bonus offer?
From time to time, we may also offer additional bonus credit as part of our promotional activities. Separate promotional terms and conditions will apply to the use of a bonus offer. You can review all available bonus offers by logging in to your Club account at www.supercheapauto.com.au/account/login. Remember, you may need to activate your bonus offer before you shop in store or online!
How do I active my bonus offer?
Sign into your Club account at www.supercheapauto.com.au/account/login to see what bonus offers are available to you. You can click to activate as many bonus offers as you like. If you have chosen to receive email and SMS communications, you may also receive and activate your bonus offer through email or SMS by following the simple prompts. Remember, you may need to activate your bonus offer before you shop in store or online!
Why might I need to active my bonus offer?
We may ask Club members to activate their bonus offers to help us understand which bonus offers appeal to our Club members.
Why does a bonus offer vary from member to member?
Not all Club members receive the same bonus offer. We are constantly trialling new bonus offers and will do our best to offer you relevant bonus offers.
Where can I view my activated and current bonus offers?
You can review any available bonus offers on your My Account page at www.supercheapauto.com.au/account/login.
What do I do if I didn’t get my bonus credit but I followed all the steps?
If you activated a bonus offer in your Club account before shopping and didn't receive your bonus credit, contact our Customer Care Centre here.
