Beyond Blue has been providing support and services to people in Australia for over 20 years. As Australia’s most well-known and visited mental health organisation, Beyond Blue works to reduce the impact of anxiety, depression and suicide in Australia.

Beyond Blue has seen a significant increase in demand for their Support Services during the coronavirus pandemic, with more people reaching out for support.

Supercheap Auto supports Beyond Blue by raising important awareness online and in-store as well as fundraising initiatives across the Australian store network.

As part of this commitment, Supercheap Auto stores supports Mental Health Week in October.

All donations raised go directly to Beyond Blue, helping everyone in Australia to achieve their best possible mental health.

Each week in Aotearoa New Zealand, 12 babies are born with a congenital heart condition, and other previously healthy children are diagnosed with a heart condition following an illness such as rheumatic fever.

These children and their families need support as they navigate the huge challenges of living with a childhood heart condition. They need someone nearby who can listen, offer practical advice and share information.

For over 12 years, Supercheap Auto have partnered with Heart Kids New Zealand to raise awareness and important funds to enable them to provide vital support, at no cost to the children and families impacted by a childhood heart condition.

Supercheap Auto assists with fundraising at the register (“Donation at the till” campaigns), in-store displays, and highlighting and attending key Heart Kids New Zealand events.

Supercheap Auto is a National Community Partner of the Australian Road Safety Foundation.

ARSF aims to reduce the instances of physical and mental illness, death and disability that result from road crashes and incidents.

ARSF’s national campaigns include Fatality Free Friday, Rural Road Safety Month and RoadSet, an interactive road safety learning experience and education tool designed to help young people become better road users.
