How To Clear Tracks using a Drag Chain

Steps
Assessment
Using a drag chain is a simple task. In most instances; it will be necessary to wrap the chain around what needs to be pulled.
In this case, a large log blocking the track. This may require some digging to pass the chain through.
Completing the Loop
Once this is done, either the hook can be passed through the loop and back to the vehicle, or the smaller hook can be attached which connects directly to the chain.
Now attach the hook or loop to a rated recovery point on your vehicle.
Dragging
Before you begin, ensure all bystanders are well clear of the area.
Then take up slack in the chain and drag the obstacle in a controlled manner.
