This translucent Selleys Roof & Gutter Silicone Sealant (310g) is very versatile being suited for most building surfaces including metals, tile, cement sheeting, PVC and Colourbond roofing. A non-acid, non-corrosive neutral cure, it is designed UV and weather resistant, making it immune to the effects of the sun. 100% silicone, it is a great general purpose sealant and owns superior flexibility (+/- 25%) and a maximum of 400% elongation or stretch. Owning a 12-month shelf life, this product is guaranteed against crumbling, cracking or drying.
