The Kenwood DMX9720XDS Apple CarPlay & Android™ Auto Head Unit is the ultimate package, containing almost every option you might need for a connected driving experience. The double DIN sized chassis is home to an enormous and immersive 10.1" floating touchscreen, with a wide pivot range that allows you to adjust the screen to suit your preference. The bonded optical display provides maximum viewer clarity by reducing reflected light levels, as well as enhancing contrast and brightness.
This model contains both Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ technologies that allow you to cast a range of driver-friendly apps to be used directly through the unit, working through Wi-Fi or USB connection to suit both wired and wireless users. If you prefer a more traditional car radio connection you have access to digital radio (DAB+), as well as AM, FM and Bluetooth connections for absolute flexibility with music and phone calls.
This car head unit come front and rear camera ready (sold separately), with the capacity to expand up to 4 cameras to create a comprehensive driver safety network. Will this head unit fit my vehicle?
Head units are largely universal, and can be adapted to suit almost any vehicle. Almost any installation will require a vehicle specific facia kit to suit your car, and fill any gaps left behind by the old unit. Do I need anything else?
For a super easy plug and play head unit installation you will need a few things:
- A new head unit (obviously)
