Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the DBA’s 5000 Series Rotors combine high carbon cast iron rings with aerospace-grade aluminium hats (T6061-T6), secured together with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. The HD variant boasts a sleek OE-style rotor finish, appealing to drivers seeking the benefits of the 5000 Series without the need for slot, cross-drilled, or dimpled designs.

Sharing the performance technology of the 4000 Series, DBA’s 5000 Series brings further advancements in weight reduction and heat management through the aluminium hats. The aerospace-grade aluminium hats not only reduce unsprung weight but also ensure uniform radial disc expansion and minimise heat transfer from the disc to the hub.

DBA offers both complete assemblies and replacement hats and flat disc rotors, providing drivers with flexibility and cost-effective replacement options. The two-piece design allows for easy installation and maintenance, with hat and rings available as complete assemblies or individual components.

Symmetrical slots* facilitate efficient friction dust and gas dispersion, resulting in a quieter and more responsive pedal feel. The rotors feature anodised aluminium* hats to prevent rust and enhance appearance.
