If I make an eligible purchase on 30 June 2025 and then a product/s I purchased goes on sale within the next 14 days, will I still qualify for Best Price Credit?

Yes! As a Club member, you will receive Best Price Credit for any purchase made up to and including the 30 June 2025 that then goes on sale in the next 14 days after purchase. Best Price Credit will automatically be added to your Club members account within 24 hours as per usual.

Will I lose any existing Best Price Credit?

No, Best Price Credit will remain valid until it’s either used or expires 28 days after application (whatever comes first).

What happens to my unredeemed Best Price Credit after June 30 2025?

Nothing - Best Price Credit will remain valid until it’s either used or expires 28 days after application (whatever comes first).

Will my Best Price Credit expire on 1 July 2025?

No, Best Price Credit will remain valid until it’s either used or expires 28 days after application (whatever comes first).

Will the Supercheap Auto Club still offer great value for me to join?

Yes it does – we’re the most loyal loyalty Club! Until 30 June 2025, Best Price Credit will remain as a Club benefit. From July 1 2025, as a Club member, you will receive our new Spend & Get benefit, rewarding you with $5 credit for every $100 spent on eligible purposes each calendar year. In addition, you will continue to receive Club pricing, discounted fitments in store, receipt free warranty, and access to Club only events.

I’m currently not a Club member but want to earn Spend & Get credit. Can I join to get the offer?

Yes you can! You can become a Club member at your local Supercheap Auto store or online here.

Is there anything that doesn’t count towards my spend to receive Spend and Get credit?

The following purchases don’t count towards your spend to achieve the $100 threshold to receive Spend and Get credit:

Credit redemption;

tyres;

delivery charges;

purchases of gift cards;

purchases made using a Government Basics Card;

purchases made using a Motor Pass card; and

cash out and charity donations.

How does Spend & Get work?

From 1 July 2025, for every $100 a Club member spends on completed eligible purchases each over the earn period, they will have $5 Spend & Get credit applied to their Club account to use over the next 28 days. The earn periods for Spend & Get are: 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025; and then 1 January to 31 December each subsequent year.

Do I have to spend $100 in one transaction to get Spend and Get credit?

No! You can spend $100 on eligible purchases over as many transactions as you like over the relevant year, both in store and online, to be eligible to receive Spend and Get credit. Just make sure you shop using your Club membership.

I no longer want to be a Supercheap Auto Club member, how do I terminate my membership?

We’re sorry to hear this. We believe there is still great value in the Supercheap Auto Club such as the new Spend & Get benefit (from 1 July 2025), Club pricing, discounted fitments in store, receipt free warranty, access to Club only events and more.

If you would like to terminate your membership you can do so by contacting us here.

You will be required to provide identification details to cancel your Club membership.

In accordance with our Supercheap Auto Club Terms and Conditions, the email you recently received was classified as a transactional message, intended to notify you about an important update to the Club's Terms and Conditions.

If you have previously unsubscribed or opted out of receiving marketing communications via email and/or SMS, no further action is required on your part - you remain opted out of marketing messages from us.
