ONLINE SHOPPING
Orders Any order placed with SUPERCHEAP AUTO using this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the specified price (including the delivery, tax and other charges) at the time of the order and under these Terms and Conditions. SUPERCHEAP AUTO retains the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason. These may include but will not be limited to the unavailability of any product, and error in your order, or an error in the product description or price posted on the website. You and SUPERCHEAP AUTO will only enter into a legal contract once confirmation of receipt of your order and payment is forwarded from SUPERCHEAP AUTO.
Prices The prices of products, services and delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of issue, however, SUPERCHEAP AUTO reserves the right to change prices at any time. All Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Warranty All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one full year from date of purchase, except customised items which have a 30 day supplier's warranty. These warranties are in addition to those implied by law. Because we have no control over the installation and use of electronic equipment, these items may be subject to repair only. Although we regret that we cannot refund or exchange all electronic & mechanical items once they have been installed, we are happy to assist you with warranty and non-warranty repair claims.
Delivery Please allow 10 working days for delivery, subject to stock availability.
Freight We will delivery by courier, so a signature is required. Therefore, we recommend a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. Freight includes insurance and packaging. If you choose to have your product delivered without a signature please read the terms and conditions for this carefully.
Additional Freight Additional freight charges will be quoted upon receipt of your order. Items falling into the following categories may incur additional charges:
Returns Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days, accompanied by a copy of the Tax Invoice received with your order. Returns must be carefully packed, insured and freight paid, as we cannot freight receive freight collect shipments, nor can we be responsible for loss or damage to returned parcels. We cannot accept any item that has been used, tampered with or damaged and cut to length items cannot be returned. We will credit you with your original method of payment.
Capacity Use of this website is restricted to those aged over 18 and those able to enter into a legally binding contract.
