WIN an iPod Shuffle or MP3 Player - Bosch spark Plug Promotion
HOW TO ENTER:
Simply purchase any 4 pack or 6 pack of Bosch Fusion or Platinum Plus spark plugs during the Promotional period from any participating Super Cheap Auto outlets anywhere in Australia and send back the entry form and original invoice to claim your prize.
The first 100 claims received for Bosch Fusion Spark Plugs will receive an Ipod Shuffle (1GB) and the first 200 claims received for Bosch Platinum Plus will receive an Omni MP3 player (512MB).
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
1. Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed an acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents.
3. The first 100 valid entries who have purchased Bosch Fusion spark plugs will receive a Apple iPod Shuffle (1GB). The first 200 valid entries who have purchased Bosch Platinum Plus spark plugs will receive an Omni MP3 Player (512MB)
4. Promotion commences 09:00 (EST) on 14 May 2008 and closes 21:00 (EST) on 23 May 2008. Original receipt must be between these dates.
5. Entry forms with original receipt need to received by Bosch no later than 6 June 2008
No postage stamp is required. Winners will be selected by first mail in and by the date on entry form.
6. Winners will be notified by return mail with prize and original invoice. Prizes and original receipt will be sent out by 30 June 2008.
7. Only one prize per customer.
8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any mail being lost.
9. Employees of the promoter, its affiliates, agencies and companies and participating outlets associated with this promotion (and their immediate families), are not eligible to enter the promotion.
10. Any costs in excess of the value of the prize and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winners. If the winner is unable to take the prize (for whatever reason) or does not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter, and, is unable to nominate someone else to take receipt of the prize, then the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
11. The total prize pool is valued at $9,900.
12. All prizes, and any unused portions of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available, the promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s), in their sole discretion, to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification.
13. The promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner in connection with the conduct of the promotion or the redemption or use of any prize/s.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA), and any other state regulations.
16. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result of hinders its determination, including but not limited to, war, terrorism, state of emergency, natural disaster, vandalism, power failures, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, the promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments.
17. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter will collect and use personal information about the entrants in order to enable participation in the promotion but no further use of this information will be made without the entrant's prior permission. This includes disclosing information to other companies associated with the promotion, State and Territory Lottery agencies. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the promoter at its address set out in 23, below. If entrants do not provide personal information, the promoter will not be able to award the entrant with a prize under this promotion.
