Where are the orders sent from?
All orders are processed at our central facility in Brisbane however at times products may be dispatched from other locations depending on stock availability.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We endeavor to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt and delivery within 2 - 10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times will vary for regional and remote locations or when products are temporarily out of stock.
Can I return a product bought Online to my local store?

Are your Online prices the same as in your stores?
Our Online store pricing is based on our Metropolitan store pricing variations due to regional pricing or local promotions may occur. Certain catalogue specials may not be available online.
How much is the freight charge?

Can I use a Supercheap Auto Gift Voucher to purchase online?
Currently this option is not available.
Can I change my order after I have received a confirmation email?
Unfortunately we can only cancel orders in their entirety once confirmed and cannot simply amend it.
Can I have my order sent to my place of work?
Yes. When you place an order you are asked to enter the shipping details if different from contact details.
Can I have an item purchased Online fitted at one of your stores?
Yes provided we offer a fitment service for the item in question. Conditions do apply for fitments please contact your local store for details.
Can I use my Trade Account Card for discounts on products bought Online?
Unfortunately we only offer the Trade Discount for purchases in our retail stores.
