How do I bend a stainless steel flange?

Hi I need to bend a stainless steel flange for my blow off valve , the pipe is about 5cm in diameter and 10 inch long and there needs to be 2 bends in it shaped like a s. How would I do this? Do you have any tools to do this? Thanks


Answer:

We sell a pipe bender but the pipes have to be at least 600 – 700mm in length before the machine can be used. Anyway I don’t think it would give the professional look you would require. Sounds like you take pride in your car.

I would suggest taking the pipe to a steel fabricator or exhaust business and get it done professionally if you want a nice finish. We don’t have any tools that could successfully bend a pipe that length.
